On September 20, 2025, Diamond Bar High School transformed into a hub of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) as we hosted an exciting day of hands-on experiences and inspiring mentorship. From robotics and 3D printing to coding and drone demonstrations, attendees engaged with cutting-edge technology while enjoying speeches from guest speakers.

This year, we proudly recognized 17 outstanding STEAM and 8 FIRST Robotics teams for their contributions to innovation and leadership. The event was made possible through our collaboration with the Kiwanis Literacy Club, along with organizations like the Society of Women Engineers and the LA County Library. Students not only explored STEM fields but also enjoyed creative activities like making hats, flying a drone simulation, laser cutting, making slime, bookmarks, and books.

Team Sprocket members were the heart of the event, stepping up as leaders and organizers. High schoolers from Team Sprocket and the Kiwin’s Goldstone Division played a major role in running booths, coordinating activities, and even leading career panels. The fair not only introduced younger students to new possibilities but also provided high schoolers with valuable networking and mentorship opportunities.

As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding the STEAM Fair’s impact, bringing in more industry professionals and creative minds to inspire the next generation.
