2024 FIRST World Championship

With immense pride and a touch of excitement, we share the news that Team Sprocket has triumphed, making it to the 2024 FIRST FRC Crescendo World Championship. In the penultimate week of April, we journeyed to Houston, joining 75 other teams in the Newton Division. This achievement is a testament to our unwavering determination and the invaluable support of our friends and family.

As our head mentor, Gabriel Aguilar, had said, the graduating generation of seniors this year would drive us to achieve the dream of competing in the Championship because of their sacrifices and the allocation of numerous opportunities. Our team worked together to reach new heights we had never reached before, creating new and unique projects that had never been seen on the team before.

As our team reached the top of the stands, we were filled with pure excitement and amazement. Playfields stretched as far as the eye could see, and robots raced across the fields, collecting notes as time ran out. Hundreds of teams from all across the globe were gathering in one place to watch and compete in a sport we had worked tirelessly for.

That week, we still had a blast meeting new friends from other teams worldwide, connecting with our local friends, and so much more. Our team enjoyed attending conferences, exploring the Innovation Fair and other FIRST levels, and even getting the chance to talk to Rober, a well-known YouTuber. We are beyond grateful for this opportunity and could not have done it without our parents, mentors, and sponsors! Thank you FIRST for this out-of-this-world experience! We hope to see you guys soon in the upcoming season.
